Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlbe. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the jlbe platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use jlbe.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jlbe ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlbe website located at jlbe.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.
By accessing the jlbe platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, participating in games, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the jlbe platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility
To register and use the jlbe platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
- You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from jlbe or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlbe, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
- You must not be accessing jlbe from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
Age Verification: jlbe takes the 21+ age requirement seriously. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned (less any bonuses), and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
jlbe reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full features of jlbe, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the jlbe platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
- You must not register using a false identity, an identity belonging to another person, or any fictitious persona.
- jlbe reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time. This may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other supporting documents.
- Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person.
- jlbe reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and you accept full responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. You may update your account information by contacting jlbe support.
Section 4
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlbe account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must use a strong, unique password for your jlbe account and update it regularly.
- You must notify jlbe immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
- jlbe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- jlbe may, at its discretion, require additional verification steps — including two-factor authentication — to protect your account.
All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. jlbe is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of account sharing or credential compromise caused by your own actions or negligence.
Section 5
Deposits & Payments
All financial transactions on the jlbe platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits:
- Deposits may be made using the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
- Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits displayed on the jlbe deposit page at the time of transaction.
- Deposits are generally credited to your jlbe account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- jlbe does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
- jlbe does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method.
- jlbe reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
Payment Security: All deposit transactions on jlbe are processed through encrypted, secure payment channels. jlbe does not store your full payment credentials. Your financial data is handled in accordance with the jlbe Privacy Policy.
Section 6
Withdrawals
The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your jlbe account:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. jlbe does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete jlbe's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe displayed on the jlbe withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.
- jlbe reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may result in a temporary delay.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the jlbe withdrawal page.
- Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
- jlbe reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Section 7
Bonuses & Promotions
jlbe offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jlbe reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
- jlbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or use of automated software — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. jlbe may limit or exclude any player from participating in promotions at its discretion.
Section 8
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the jlbe platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games on jlbe:
- All games on jlbe use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time.
- Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. jlbe will not reverse game results except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, jlbe reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
- Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. jlbe is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
- The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games on jlbe is strictly prohibited.

Section 9
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbe platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
- Registering more than one account on jlbe, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Using the jlbe platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on jlbe.
- Using any software, tool, or technique to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlbe staff, support agents, or other players.
- Accessing jlbe from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Allowing or facilitating access to your jlbe account by any third party, including minors.
- Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by jlbe.

Responsible Gaming

Section 11
Intellectual Property
All content on the jlbe platform — including but not limited to the jlbe brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlbe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlbe platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jlbe platform without prior written consent from jlbe.
- You may not use the jlbe brand name, logo, or any other jlbe intellectual property in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of jlbe.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jlbe may be used by jlbe without any obligation to compensate you.
Section 12
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbe's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:
- jlbe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jlbe platform.
- jlbe is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising in connection with the platform.
- jlbe's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbe account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- jlbe does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
- jlbe is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside of jlbe's direct control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlbe's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Section 13
Termination & Account Closure
Either you or jlbe may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your jlbe account at any time by contacting jlbe support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
- Closure by jlbe: jlbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if jlbe is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
- Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jlbe reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account, including real-money funds, if such balance is reasonably believed to be the proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity.
- Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
Section 14
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlbe platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting jlbe support with a written description of your complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this section shall prevent jlbe from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Section 15
Amendments to These Terms
jlbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlbe will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jlbe platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the jlbe platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
